Applications are processed the same day, with approvals typically available within hours. Upon approval, a non‑refundable 25% reservation retainer secures your apartment, followed by a refundable $300 security deposit and a signed rental agreement prior to move‑in.
Guests may extend their stay by requesting an additional month at least 10 days before the next month begins, with full payment required to confirm the extension. Current guests may receive right of first refusal if an adjoining month becomes desirable to another renter. Parking is available through nearby public garages and meters, with optional monthly valet service available at any time.
